personal brandingGéraldine Galindo is Full Professor of Human Resources Management at ESCP BS.
Graduated from « Ecole Normale Supérieure », she holds a PhD and a HDR in Management Sciences. She started her career as Associate Professor at the Université Paris Saclay before joining ESCP BS.
She gives courses in various generalist or specialized programs, in MIM, MS and Executive Education. She is a regular scientific animator of professional clubs on innovative HRM topics.
Her research explores the Human and organizational aspects of three societal issues:
- HR and innovation : skills in the digital transformations, prospective of HRM function in the digitalized area, on the HRM issues facing AI, the roles of HRM in the evolution of start-ups
- diversity management : religious diversity challenges in France
- personal branding: for the distinctiveness of Phd students in Management or women in the luxury sector
She is the Director of the Institute "Leadership and Inclusive Management".
She was previously the Director of the Chair "A factory for the future" co-financed by Safran and Michelin, she created the Executive Education Certificate "Accompanying the digital transformation of organizations" and she was responsible for ten years of the HRM course for the Grande Ecole program (MIM).
She regularly publishes and communicates her research’s results in academic and professional journals and conferences. She won prizes for academic articles and case studies.
She has also published several books on HRM, Religious Diversity and Personal Branding.
Thus, Géraldine Galindo position herself at the intersection of teaching, research and business.
