Olivier Wurtz is an Associate Professor in the Management Department of ESCP.

He teaches ManagementLeadership & Change.

His research focuses on International Management and he investigates current challenges of global managers such as Diversity, Well-Being or the Future of Global Work. He also explores original aspects of Creativity and tries to understand how Creativity can be developed.

He studies International Mobility and Expatriation as well. He examines various aspects of expatriation from preparation, training, coping and adjustment, to family challenges and repatriation, and collaborates with various French multinational corporations & government organisations in that research effort.

He is also an adjunct teacher at l’Ecole Polytechnique.

He graduated from ESCP, Master in Management and received his PhD from HEC Paris.

Olivier has worked in France, Germany, Finland, Switzerland and the US for various multinational corporations such as Procter&Gamble, PWC & L’Oréal, and before joining ESCP, he has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Vaasa (Finland), and at l’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

He received awards for his research and his teaching.
