Director of the Institute "Leadership and Inclusive Management"
Her research on religious diversity in the workplace has led her to delve deeper into the subjects of diversity, inclusion and leadership, both in the academic world and with companies.
She is the author of books and academic articles. She regularly participates in academic and professional working groups on these subjects.
She has two main roles within the Institute:
- to coordinate the Institute's actions.
- to drive new collective projects at the intersection between research and the professional world.
