Online Masterclass
Insights into a Human Rights Officer's toolkit
Gain insights into CS3D requirements
In 2024, The European Union has adopted and passed the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D or CSDDD). This Directive impacts over 5,000 companies within the EU, and many global players without presence in the European Union. The aim of the law is to improve working conditions along the supply chain and make them more transparent, and is accompanied by obligations for risk analysis, documentation and auditing.
In our free masterclass, attorneys-at-law Dr. Ulrich Hagel and Michael Wiedmann will provide insights into the CS3D regulations, their implications for organizations operating internationally, and give you a glimpse into the "toolkit" of a human rights officer using practical examples. The full seminar will take place on March 13 (online) and 15-17 (ESCP Berlin campus).
