European Center for Digital Competitiveness
The European Center for Digital Competitiveness was founded at ESCP Business School in Berlin with the goal of bringing digital competitiveness into the political and public debate.
Given the digital revolution that our economy and society are currently facing, digital competitiveness, which currently plays only a minor role in debates, must take centre stage to secure our future prosperity.
Mission
“Our mission is to help bring Europe to the forefront of digital competitiveness and to inspire a responsible application of technology that serves society.”
Our society is in the middle of a digital revolution. This is both a great opportunity and an enormous challenge. If we use technology and digitization correctly, they offer the potential for zero-emission energy, sustainable growth, better networking across the globe, more exchanges and greater prosperity for all groups within our society. In short, it is the foundation for the future of Europe. The Center for Digital Competitiveness analyzes the current state of digitalization in Europe and develops strategies to help navigate this transition.
The European Center for Digital Competitiveness organizes several dialogue formats that bring together leaders from established industries, politics, academia and the startup ecosystem to discuss relevant societal questions, exchange perspectives and develop new solutions to today’s most pressing issues.
